From the super container list I have been keeping (over 75 now) - As well the Big / Mega crates last year for me were higher than 1% (likely more like 10%). They also have quite high chances of dropping a ship (2.5/12/16% depending on the container) chances.
If yes than no, tier 10's have only been available this years gift containers. By super container do you mean gift containers which was the listed you posted?
